Mozzarella, tomato & basil salad with Italian chicken & roquette
Crispy duck spring rolls with a hoi-sin sauce
Smoked salmon roulade with a crayfish mousse with a lemon & caper dressing
Roasted butternut squash soup with sage sandwiches

Main courses

Pan-fried seabass fillets served on cannellini beans with a spring onion cream with a potato rosti & a parsley lemon dressing
Fillet of beef wellington with a mushroom duxelle, chicken liver parfait & a red wine jus served with herb scented buttered potatoes with green beans & bacon
Supreme of chicken on leek mashed potatoes with roasted cherry tomatoes, a tarragon cream sauce & lemon scented carrots
Spinach & ricotta cannelloni topped with a duo of sauces garnished with a wild mushroom brushcetta

Blackcurrant delice served with a white chocolate sauce
